Protection Against Social Scoring
A hard prohibition.
Accepted: Reviewed and adopted for the current release.
No Intelligentism score, index, or value record may be used to:
- rank persons
- gate rights, benefits, employment, housing, or civil standing
- produce a persistent reputation attached to an individual
- feed any government or private social-credit mechanism
Scores apply to transactions and projects. Applying them to people is a violation of the framework, not a permitted extension of it. Any implementation doing so is non-conforming and must be publicly identified as such.
