Abstract
What This Proposal Asks For
This proposal adopts Architecture Renaissance as the physical design framework of Intelligentism: a synthesis of Renaissance proportion, Bauhaus function, organic architecture, surreal spatial imagination, and modern engineering.
It asks the research network to publish the design principles, model their performance, prototype a small number of housing and district systems, and record results using Architecture Value Records so that claims can be independently checked.
Rationale
Why Now
Intelligentism already proposes new incentives, institutions, and accounting. Those proposals eventually become streets, housing, infrastructure, and public space. Without an explicit physical framework, the built results will default to the same short-term patterns the economic framework is trying to correct.
