Rights over value and transaction data.

Participants must be able to:
- know what is recorded about them and why
- obtain a copy in a machine-readable form
- correct inaccurate records
- delete records on stated terms
- refuse detailed recording without losing access to settlement
- prevent linkage of their records to civil status or rights
Institutions must minimise collection, prefer local computation, publish retention periods, and disclose every third party with access.
