Anti-Coercion Principles
No compulsion, direct or structural.
Accepted: Reviewed and adopted for the current release.
Coercion includes structural coercion: making non-participation practically impossible is prohibited even when no rule requires participation.
Requirements
- Essential services must remain accessible outside the framework
- No exclusive control of a necessity by an Intelligentism institution
- No retroactive claim on wealth created before or outside an agreement
- Exit terms disclosed at entry
- Independent dispute resolution available to every participant
