Reserve Architecture

Any future unit of account must be backed by disclosed reserves with published coverage ratios, redemption terms, stress assumptions, and independent audit.

Requirements

• Coverage published on a fixed schedule
• Redemption terms fixed in advance and contractually enforceable
• Stress scenarios published with their assumptions
• Independent auditor with a public engagement letter

Undisclosed reserves are disqualifying. This is the failure mode that has destroyed comparable private systems most often.
