Book IV — Intelligent Currency

Traditional money records what was paid. Intelligent Currency records what was created.

Book IV describes a proposed private settlement and accounting framework that records, alongside price, the value produced, the value received by each party, and the transaction's effect on the surrounding system.

The first version operates alongside existing payment systems. A separate private unit of account should be considered only after the accounting, reserve, governance, legal, redemption, privacy, and security systems have been tested.
