Model Limitations

Applies to every model in the specification and every calculator on this site:

1. Model results are not predictions and must never be presented as guaranteed outcomes.
2. Inputs at alpha stage are largely estimated, not measured.
3. Compounding models are extremely sensitive to success-rate assumptions.
4. No model here has completed independent review.
5. Distributional effects are largely unmodelled.
6. Behavioural response to the incentives being modelled is not endogenised.

Any published output must carry the framework version, the assumption set, and this notice.
