Participant rights

People and companies may choose to participate, decline, participate partially, exit on stated terms, or build entirely outside the framework.

Safeguards

• Terms disclosed before support is accepted
• No retroactive claims on prior independent wealth
• No penalty in civil standing for declining
• Exit conditions written into every agreement
• Independent dispute resolution

An institution that must compel participation has already demonstrated that it is not producing enough value to justify its existence.
